    Due to the nature of our products, especially custom and bulk orders, our policy differs from standard retail:

    • All sales are final for custom and bulk orders, except in cases of manufacturing defects or significant discrepancies from the approved design specifications.
    • For ready-to-ship, non-customized items (if applicable):
      • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
      • Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
      • Original packaging must be intact.

    3. Defective or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly deviates from your custom order specifications (e.g., wrong fabric, incorrect print as per final approved design, major sizing error):

    • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the specific situation and product type. We may request that the defective item be returned.
